Curzon Gate

The Curzon Gate is a conspicuous milestone in Bardhaman city in Purba Bardhaman area in West Bengal, India, Located at the intersection of Bijoy Chand Road and Grand Trunk Road, it was worked in 1902/1903, on the event of the crowning ordinance of Maharaja Bijay Chand Mahatab. The previous illustrious royal residence is found 1 km from the gate.The pageantry and loftiness of Lord Curzon's visit to Bardhaman in 1904 built up the name of the entryway as Curzon Gate.

The door curve is bolstered by eight round segments. Three female puppets, with swords, water crafts, and parcels of corn in their grasp, on the curve imply advance in farming and trade. There are twenty-one circles with twenty-one delineations at the best bit of the door. The structure was built by bricklayers from Italy.
