About Bushi Dam

The Bhushi Dam is a masonry dam at the Indrayani River in Lonavala, Maharashtra, India. In 2014, the Indian Railways introduced plans to increase Bhushi Dam as a traveller lodge with participation from the personal sector. The dam turned into constructed within the overdue 1860s for the Great Indian Peninsular Railway as a supply of water for their steam engines.
